At CompletePole.com we want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. All our products are quality goods, however, in the event that you receive a faulty product, wrong order, incomplete order or the product is not what you expected then you can contact us anytime.
Getting your order to you:
At the time of “check out” you will notice that we provide a couple of choices on delivery using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parecel Service (UPS) . United States Postal Service prices are based upon the total weight of your order and not per item. Products ordered from CompletePole.com will be processed by our warehousing department when the payment has been received by us. The warehousing department usually takes 2-3 business days to process an order. The warehousing department ships orders Monday to Friday and observes all USA Federal holiday dates, therefore does not dispatch orders on holidays or on weekends.
Please note: The time for you to recieve your order will include warehousing processing time PLUS the shipping times. So if you choose UPS 2nd day air allow for 2-3 business days warehousing processing time plus the 2 days with UPS.
If we need to contact you regarding any issues with your order such as out of stock or unavailable items, we will contact you via email so please ensure that our domain is in your email safe/whitelist.
If you are interested in the cost of shipping, the easiest way to find out your shipping amount is to add the items to your shopping cart and below the cart is an estimate shipping costs; all shipping calculations are based on weight. You would change the country to your country and add a zipcode if you are in the United States and then click on the update button.
Pay using Paypal:
When placing an order at CompletePole.com, you may use the following payment methods: Paypal – which accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or direct Paypal account debits. Your order will be shipped when we receive notification from Paypal that your transaction was successful.
Pay with secure credit card payments at checkout:
We offer our customers the peace of mind to shop with confidence and checkout with security. With our secure server access and secure merchant facilities you can now process your orders using your credit card without the fear of your personal information being fraudulently acuired. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Credit Card Security:
To safe guard our your security and enable us to continue to offer credit card payment options we do have strict requirements for credit card processing. We do require a zipcode or address match with the billing address you provide and the billing address you have on file with your bank or financial institution. If your card declines for this the reason your bank will still release the amount (i.e. put the amount in pending) but our system will not accept the charge and the charge will not be processed.
In this situation your bank or financial institution may like to hold onto this money in pending (i.e. bank limbo). This amount will drop off your statement usually in a couple of days from the transaction. But if this situation happens to you and the amount is not released by your bank or financial institution in a timely manner please contact us and we will help sort out any issues.
